HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
1. START SHOPPING
You can start shopping by browsing through the product categories.
To add items into your shopping bag, select the quantity you wish to purchase and click “Add to cart”. The item(s) will appear in your Shopping cart.
Click “Continue Shopping” to browse the online store for other items or “Check Out” to fill in your delivery and payment information. Do note that you’re unable to cancel or modify your order once payment has been processed successfully.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number. If you have questions about your order, you may contact our team with your order number.
2. CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
Once payment has been processed, you will be unable to modify or cancel your order. Therefore, it is important to check your order before you clicking on “Confirm Order”.
3. WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
All orders received will be processed within 3 working days and delivered within 5 working days.

Style seat e-store will only accept and deliver orders within Mainland Singapore.

5.2 DELIVERY SCHEDULE

9 a.m. – 1 p.m
2 p.m. – 6 p.m
6 p.m. – 10 p.m
All orders submitted after 6 pm will be processed on the following day.
5.3 HOW MUCH WAITING TIME IS ALLOWED/ACCEPTABLE DURING A DELIVERY AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
No more than 10 minutes waiting time is allowed and additional Charges will incur i.e. Additional $5 for every block of 15 minutes waiting time.
5.4 WHAT IF I MISS A DELIVERY?
Delivery comes with 1-time re delivery attempt. So, please ensure someone is present at the shipping address.
6. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND?
All sales are final and there will be no refunds for all products.
All products come with a 1 year warranty against defects due to faulty workmanship. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
8. WHAT IF THE ITEM DELIVERED IS DEFECTIVE?
In case the item is defective (by the manufacture), please do inform us at email@example.com within 1 day after the delivery. Follow-up measures will be taken, subject to investigation.
