get even tv show age rating

The creepy adults that sat behind a keyboard critiquing this series like it was being nominated for an Oscar or presented at a film festival needs a mental evaluation.

I stopped watching because I couldn't take it longer. When will people stop commissioning high school dramas with twenty-somethings as the lead characters?

| This series is quite really the definition 'girl power' with its storyline starring for teen girls as the main protagonists. aren't they supposed to be flawlessly anonymous and mysterious? Get Even is a British teen thriller series that premiered on BBC iPlayer on 14 February 2020. Get Even is an interesting series that steers clear from the traditional 'teenagers that form a secret society at school' genre. It shows the corruption of private school, shows that everything is not as it seems, and gives the viewer perspective on something new, whatever that may be. | Then why the hell would Bree make paper crane in the middle of her mission?? I watched this series the week if cane out on BBC I player, and I was very pleasantly surprised. So, so bad.. I watched the first episode and wasn't drawing in but watched the second episode anyway, the thing is I have now seen the full first series and can't wait for a second, I'm not going to put spoilers in here but I will say it's a little slow to start of with but then it gets your guessing and the end result was good. Cinematography excellent, everything else average at best. Would definitely watch a second season!

Either way, a binge-watch is 100 per cent on the cards. My nine stars is only because of the differences from the books, as other than that, I have no complaints. I went from turning off the show to binging the whole thing in one day! But for a softer teen drama it is quite nice and I would actually like to see a season 2. This is a good show, but it is not for kids as it is on Netflix Kids. I would've liked to see more "Get Even" scenarios! Get Even sees the girls problem solve personal issues, support each other and also support others they see as victimised or downtrodden. And into episode 3 you don't even care anymore. User Ratings It adds a dimension of ridiculous to the whole thing that's difficult to see past.

This teen drama is shallow as a dehydrated lake. So I'm not finished with this programme yet but I'm finding it really good so far. Get even's 4 main characters each have their own personalities, pressures, likes and dislikes, goals, foibles and skeletons in the cupboard (or not).

But there are so many plot holes that it becomes frustrating to watch, makes me feel like i'm watching . The other three girls (yes DGM is all female) also have interesting pesonalities which is why I recommend you watch the series. At first the show seemed ok.Great premises, good music, nice actors. The story arcs are okay, the writing is a cliché, some of the acting is wooden, balanced out by some good stuff. Poor acting, bad photography, horrible direction. The characters are quite interesting and the plot isn't predictable.

As far as series 1, its seems to stray from typical stereotypes and provide an entertaining plot for all ages. There are layers to each character and the acting is great. The series deals with the usual issues that teenagers face at school, racism, isolation, elistism, sexism, sexting, exclusionism and even taboo teacher-pupil relationships. Plot is weak and consists of situations that don't contribute to plot development. Get Even is an interesting series that steers clear from the traditional 'teenagers that form a secret society at school' genre. With Kim Adis, Bethany Antonia, Jessica Alexander, Mia McKenna-Bruce. If you like teen Dramas with wit, clever dialogue, sharp humour and deep characters.... Go somewhere else. Looking forward to seeing how this ends. The show is conceptually cool and promising, the music is nice. The full series of Get Even will be available on BBC iPlayer from Saturday, February 15 which means we'll have to rely on a stream elsewhere in order to watch. And that's the vibe the whole show gives off.

If you like those kind of shows you'll probably like this. If you've seen it, I would definitely recommend the books by Gretchen McNeil too. Entertaining show. | Go watch! Ah yeah, true. …

One of the better, more cohesive teen dramas I've seen. I would say it's a good family thriller with shock horror no swearing in (which makes a change) although I would say it's a p.g as the plot is a thriller. Who cares, whatever.

Someone got murdered? Illiterate Adults Rating A Teenage Series Is Hilarious! Cinematography and production is excellent and carries the whole thing.
It is blaring my obvious what is going to happen mid-series. A subplot involves photos of a teen in her underwear that …

Better than I expected. Metacritic Reviews, It is entertaining but the plot has some holes, the writting and acting could be a bit better too. As a teenager myself, I would definitely reccomend it to those amongst my generation, and to those who are just looking for a good old murder mystery. i also can't see any reason why the girls gathered together, their conversations are very indifferent, the whole plot is weak. She dislikes her semi absent father as use the situation to challenge both him and the school as to the pupose of PE.

Don't recommend. Set around an elite school where academic success though advised is not really pursued by the teachers except in the case of BREE who is a an EMO fuelled dysfunctional girl who hates PE. Get even's 4 main characters each have their own personalities, pressures, likes and dislikes, goals, foibles and skeletons in the cupboard (or not). I've now watched this three times, and this shows brilliance drove me to purchase the novels it was based on. This tv series is cringy and awfully written, and not even entertaining in the slightest. Not sure what age group this is aimed for but I'm really enjoying it and I'm 22. In recent years, shows such as Pretty Little Liars (2010-2017) and Elite (2018-) have popularised and pretty much covered everything in the teen … After the first episode I thought this isn't for me, but since the episodes are short I watched the second and I am so glad I did. That murder is not shown on-screen, though we do see the body of a dead teen. Awards

This is a teen based series with teenage scenarios! There is no character development too. It follows a great storyline, one that could actually be realistic.

(Is PE an academic discipline?)

Don't waste your time with this, there are way better very similar vshows out there worth to watch! A well honed, disciplined body she may never possess, but her extracurricular activities display that at she has brain that can do cartwheels. It's alright, I finished it, but it's not better than six stars where it has the potential to have been a LOT better. That's it.

I finished in 3 days and I don't regret ..the plot seem every typical and anybody can guessed ..the thing is cast did a good job and that what kept me going.. watch on your free time .. specially this year where to get so many good show options ..so it up to you .. Acting is generally alright but I agree with some other comments that the casting doesn't look convincing.

I binged her so fast and it really brought my total attention to it, There were a few reviews saying that the show is a knock off pretty little liars but I don't even get that vibe number one the cast is much more diverse than pretty little liars number two it's a show with highschoolers but it is not sexualize them in any way it's great for kids to watch if they want to get into the thriller crime genre there are a few potholes and the acting is OK for a teen show I love it I streamed for a whole entire night I definitely recommend. It's kind of like how to get away with murder meets Riverdale or Sabrina (without the magic). For example, the show started off telling the audiences DGM is an association that punishes bad people, and that the whole school can't track them or figure out their identities because they're pro.

Don't understand the bad reviews, it's nice and fun to watch. She is 1/4 of the setting the world to rights group DGM (Don't Get Mad). The series is quite different from the books, but all changes are good changes, in my opinion. This isn't your typical surface level poorly acted teen drama. It follows four teenage girls at private elite school who form their own secret society to expose bullies. FAQ External Reviews My one star is only for the music.. and I could only watch 2 episodes.. well I really couldn't even finish the second one. So entertaining, Shane was so funny, I like how they gave every character some background. Parents need to know that Get Even is a teen mystery set at an elite English private school, where a mismatched group of high school girls who've banded together to bring school bullies and wrongdoers to justice are shocked when they discover a murder. The writing and cast are wonderful, and the acting was so immersive that I was stunned my first time around that actors so young could bring a story to life so vividly.
