I just installed two of these lights in one of my shop bays. 60 Degree Acrylic Reflector - Hero Series, only for LED High Bay Shop Light only for HERO series, to know about mounting our acrylic reflector. The point of the reflector is to reduce a portion of the beam angle and scatter that portion more directions in the room reducing the direct light to 60deg removing the glare and lighting higher spaces. The low- and high-beam lamp modules, LED strips and sensor element are mounted directly to the surface of the thermally conductive Makrolon® TC polycarbonate housing for improved heat management and reduced system complexity.
This results in improved photometrics over other material combinations for the housing and reflectors, respectively. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
