Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. This is one of my fave Scott-related releases. I have over 70 vinyl, 40 UDCD CD's and only a dozen of their SACD's this is by far the worse. There's A Starbucks (Where The Starbucks Used To Be). This was Dylan's first album back after the motorcycle crash, and it's a moving, mysterious, and poignant album. The rest of it is an enigmatic series of dream-like encounters, some of which take on the qualities of tall tales, others metaphysical dialogues, others seem like pivotal, shattering experiences. I’m not able to find any info on this, I think this is the pressing I have, but mine has a faint "demonstration not for sale" stamp on back, What pressing plant is this? Except that the pressing is excellent and the cover is true to the original and done impeccably.

It’s basically just some stuff that Flaming Lips like, and I like it all too from 10CD to Faust, and from Miles Davies to David Shrigley.
Favorite track is Townes Van Zandt ‘s “The Tower Song”. The instrumentation makes more sense to me mastered this way.

The son of a Methodist preacher, Hardin got into trouble with the law from an early age. A Nappy Nina interview plus soulful and lo-fi vibes from Knxledge, Jada Imani, and more. I love the Man Upstairs. Working acoustically and as a trio, Dylan makes a sharp turn from his vital but troubled 1966 output. A few seconds listening to any track will demonstrate that it is unambiguously mono.

The harmonica is used too often, and every song sounds the same. It's quickly becoming a favorite, with kudos going to the great song The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest. This was Dylan's last great album for a while. I bet a lot of people ignore it because the most anthologized track, "I'll Be Your Baby Tonight" is not particularly representative of the rest of the album (for example, it's the only track with any "country" touches like pedal steel). What's this download bullshit? And what a glorious sound too! I also ordered Blonde on Blonde at the same time, and much prefer it. I really have a soft spot for Solo with just a guitar. John Wesley Harding sneaks up on you. I recommend this CD for the collector and part of the brag to say, you have every Dylan album every sold the the public. That Led to Hiss Golden Messenger’s Powerful New Record. Audio CD, Original recording remastered, June 1, 2004. This set is sublime and you’ll love it. I collect Dylan and the price of this CD is worth owning it if you're a Dylan collector. While this is a classic Dylan album and one of my favorites of his early works, the sound is just not up to a MFSL release. Considering the turmoil going on in the country (Vietnam, Woodstock, hippies), this album is so far removed from that.
The songs range from just me and a small guitar, singing the news, to lots of people and a bit of noise. This really is how it should be done ! Have now opened the vinyl and indeed it is a mono version; identical matrix numbers to the Music On Vinyl/Columbia 2010 Mono press.
