The building itself if beautiful and the room and facilities are top class. Me and my boyfriend planned a last minute trip to celebrate our anniversary in London.

Offers an indoor pool, a children’s pool and 4 restaurants. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Rooms were fine but overall there is much better choice in London. Some of the problems relate to some staff's poor command of English and others relate to simple lack of process discipline. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Booked based on SPA facilities - was fully booked on arrival even to use the, I was treated here for my Birthday and this is a special hotel, it really is such a special building to stay in.

Thank you very much for reviewing the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel just after the opening. Our room was in the old part of the hotel and was amazing with v spacious rooms and high ceilings. Staff were obviously learning how their new place of work functioned, but were extremely professional and attentive. The staff was very attentive. Bar and reception blend into one and does not have a comfortable relaxing vibe. Nobody is going to endulge in several pints of chocolate beer. Anna and her team were so helpful and kind. Small details to be improved on, such as the room service clerk forgetting his pen (couldnt sign my bill), asked for a large portion of fires and I receives the smallest portion I have ever seen. Stay in the Chambers suites (the original bit, I did visit one of the new rooms and they are fine but, not special) as they really are unique rooms, with enormous ceilings and certainly bigger than average rooms for London. Guests have pool access from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Luxurious surroundings include a tea lounge, 2 restaurants and bars, a spa and relaxation pool.

The pool / spa area was also very relaxing and good to be able too book a time slot (during Covid restrictions) so that you know it won't be too crowded. The guest service at this hotel is excellent! Offers an indoor pool, a children’s pool and 4 restaurants. Restaurant wasn't complete so all food and drink served in the old station ticket office which has been converted into a fantastic bar. St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London Forming part of St Pancras International train station, this elegant hotel has immediate access to the high speed Eurostar service and the Tube. No free WiFi when we were there despite being advertised on the booing confirmation. The hotel and the service was fantastic and that is without all of it fully open due to virus, the Chambers Club and two of the Restaurants aren't open so in all its glory the whole experience must be quite something.
