This film is great to watch if your child has had ‘the talk’ at school as there is a rather awkward oral sex scene and very passionate kissing. Being lucky, I already saw "Yes Man" and was pleasantly surprised. The first time I turned it off half way through because I was bored. Yes, it does have hilarious moments, especially the scenes where Carl accepts to help a homeless guy, "favors" from his elderly neighbor, and the interesting chemistry between him and this girl whom is a singer of a rather bizarre band. The treatment is sort of subtle, but many brands are name checked, including Starbucks, Super Shuttle, Big 5, Sports Chalet, Brea Federal, Nokia, Rolling Rock, and more. I would never let my kids watch this movie.
