New renovations are happening…, First of all...wow!!! Amenities include a resort style pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse and sand volleyball court! We lived there for 3 years and another company had bought the property since we moved in....We Paid a pet deposit, a monthly pet fee for 3 years and they want to charge $1,128 to replace the carpet due to "pet damage".
Horrible place filled with shady business practices. Cool off at the resort-style pool and sundeck, catch up on some emails at the business center, make a drink at the coffee bar, get a workout in at the 24-hour fitness center, start a scrimmage at the sand volleyball court, or fire up the grills for an afternoon BBQ and head over to the picnic area.

There are hidden fees with paying your rent each month, and to top things off the gate doesn't work properly. How convenient. Besides that the office team are very rude and useless. I've been living in this place long enough to not recommend this place. I've almost hit kids just playing in the street.

Rest. Carrington at Four Corners has rental units ranging from 709-1081 sq ft starting at $1050. Also every time we asked for an update we were told there is only one maintenance guy - although i have seen at least 3 riding around on golf carts - and that they have 5 new people moving in that day. Maintenance.

I realize they have a lot to still fix but they are getting it there. i move in Carrington in Apr 2013, I was moving from New Jersey, Carli help alot with the move, when i arrived Oralndo security Guard was so helpful. The place got a roach infestation goin on since 2011 and today March 2016 still there. The fitness center leaves something to be desired for a complex this size.

It might appear that you're saving a few bucks, but you're better off to go somewhere else and not have to deal with the headaches of this complex.
